What Types of Roofing Can We Supply and Install?
Composite Roof Cladding
Composite panels are factory engineered panels used mainly for exterior cladding, partitioning, and load-bearing walls and roofing elements in a wide range of non-residential buildings.
The panels are manufactured on a continuous lamination basis with metal facings - usually steel or aluminium - encapsulating an insulation core.
This composition offers a high degree of stability, rigidity, and excellent load-bearing capacity. The thickness of the insulation can range from 40mm to 150mm, depending upon application and required insulation characteristics.
Built-Up Profiled Roof Cladding
Profiled roof systems are best suited for roof pitches greater than 5 degrees, generally with a 0.7mm steel outer roof profile sheet, or a 0.5mm steel outer wall profile sheet with a 0.4mm or 0.7mm steel liner. Aluminium outer sheets are also available.
Based on your building’s current U-value, we’ll install a robust layer of insulation between the liner and outer sheet, complete with a steel spacer bar and bracket system for additional stability. We’ll then secure everything in place with integral colour-headed screws and tapes, as recommended by the manufacturer.
